Morning Sickness Smoothie
Hi ladies I'm a mum of four and here's my Morning Sickness Smoothie recipe that I absolutely loved when I was pregnant. I made this myself and I want to share it with all of yous. First you will need, ginger, strawberries and banana ( or any other fruit combos you like but ginger is very important ) a good cluster museil (something crunchy ) and a milk and yogurt of your choice. Put it all in all blender and breakfast is made. Just make sure the ginger is chopped up very small otherwise it's very over powering and don't use heaps. I found it was very helpful when I woke up and had this for breakfast didn't feel like crap most of the day because of morning sickness.
