In laws need to shut up!!!!

Husband's parents came to see me because I can't go to them this Christmas. I'm pregnant and because of placenta Previa, on bed rest. I had a threatened miscarriage and it's been stressful. I'm 34. I was 33 when I got pregnant. Tonight out of nowhere she told me that because of my age we are "one and done" and will not have other children. My husband's father said that the reason I'm on bed rest is because of my age and if I was younger I could have kept working till the end. This pregnancy is difficult enough. This is not helpful!!!!!!!!! What do I say if they start this up again?
