How to get a scan at booking in appointment

Hi ladies, looking for a little advise... I had 2 early scans at 4 weeks and 6 weeks due to previous ectopic and the second scan revealed we are expecting twins, we are so excited! But have only told our parents so far and we’re planning to tell the rest of our families and closest friends over Xmas and new year... however; my ‘12 week scan’ isn’t until 19th Jan when I will be 13+3, my booking in appointment is next week (22bd Dec) I an wondering if anyone knows how possible it would be to have scan during this appointment to confirm there are still 2 bubba’s there and all is looking good... i would just like a bit of reassurance before we tell anyone else! I live in the UK btw!
