Can a Vanishing twin turn out to be a healthy baby?

Okay so here is my story I want to know if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Had my first US to confirm pregnancy at 6 weeks and saw one sac and 8 weeks we returned and saw one sac with a healthy baby and then as she moved the wand she found another sac but no heartbeat and said it was a twin that didn't make it and will reabsorb. Mind you I have a tilted uterus so the baby could be hiding her is the best pic they could get tell me what you think. I'm just trying to prepare for any and all outcomes
