Possible misscarriage?

My doctor already told me im at a high risk of a MC 
I will be 11 weeks on sunday!
so a couple days ago this white thing came out looked like tissue but no blood in it or anything just white  and today another one came out and like 2 weeks ago some came out then too... idk if im misscarrying. I been getting sharp pains in my sides and bad cramps but no blood... im so scared im misscarrying... is this a MC , how did yours start off if you had a MC

With my first I had only light spotting and throwing up. With my second miscarriage I was throwing up so bad then found out I was pregnant but I think I lost the baby by then but I woke up and went to the bathroom and nothing but blood again.. thata when the pain set in other than that there wasn't any more signs. I think ur fine. if ur to worried go get checked out

I had constant bleeding to the point I almost needed a blood transfusion. It started out light and then got heavier and had clots and then finally I started passing clots.

You should be fine sounds like tons and tons of discharge to me.
When I had my miscarriage I was almost at month 6 and I had severe pains that started first and then the bleeding started and it was like a bright red river before turning into a sea of dark blood.
Sorry for the visual I had clotted blood that came out as well but it was chunks of red. I ended up having surgery to remove the baby and needed blood for the massive blood loss I had. Had to be taken to the hospital after I passed out from losing so much blood.
You should be ok if you are truly worried (I don’t think you should) go to the ER and have them check they will give you an ultrasound just to make sure.
