anterior low lying placenta HELP

so 17 weeks today, went in to ER with bleeding and cramping, terrified i had a miscarriage because i didnt feel pregnant.. i was throwing up all night and morning. u/s saw baby moving BLESSED, hr 153... but high chance of miscarriage, on bed rest. i know nothing, i want to stay off google and ask you moms. has this happened to you? what can i do if i can do anything. everything hurts, laying down sitting up, ugh. please give me some reassurance me and my baby will be okay .. if possible. :( or the truth. i need answers im terrified. im scared every time i sneeze or get up to pee 😭😭😭
