masturbation

I have read the post about BV, yeast and UTI's. I'm a lucky lady that sadly has all 3. I'm currently taking Rephresh and 2 months and still going strong. I've checked with both my PCP and GYN and they said stay on it. But my big question is. Does sex or even masturbation mess with the body's pH level to throw it off? I know sex pee 10 to 15 minutes after sex to prevent a UTI and I very good about that. Does the same rule apply when you masturbate should you urinate afterwards?
