When do I tell boss?

When did everyone in retail tell their boss? 
My boss was pregnant with her son when she worked retail so I'm not afraid of telling her but just not sure when to tell her since I do a lot of heavy lifting? I'm only 4 weeks now.

Get a DR’s certificate starting your pregnant and not to lift heavy items and that will be enough. When to tell her is your choice, I told my boss at 5 weeks as my morning sickness was horrible

I personally waited forever, I was actually like 28 weeks and barely showing but still 😂 I would tell them soon, it’s still very early, I’d wait a little bit but not too long.

You need to tell them asap so they can do a risk assessment! make sure you and baby are safe 😊

My case is a little different since i work for my OB 😂 but usually people don’t tell their boss until after the first trimester.
