Vaping and Pregnancy?

First of all, I'm not the one that vapes, my boyfriend does. I know pregnant women should stay away from cigarette smoke but I'm wondering if my boyfriend should avoid vaping around me? I'm 5 weeks today.

There is no evidence to say vaping will or will not effect a pregnant woman or their child due to the newness of vaping. However, it’s also not packed with all the harsh chemicals that cigarettes are if your buying your liquid from a reputable source. In my opinion if it bothers you ask him to not do it around you. It’s just vapor. It’s different than second hand smoke

Best to avoid it just incase.
My mil vaped, and when she'd do it around me when I was on my period it would always make me start cramping badly. Ever since that happened I don't like being around it, because it just doesn't seem safe. I'm no doctor or scientist, though. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m 5 weeks and I use a vape since being pregnant I use a 0 nicotine vape and my doctor said it’s fine, I wouldn’t worry about second hand smoke as it’s not a cigarette x

I’ve been reading articles about how vaping could potentially be just as bad as cigarettes. I’d say no just to be on the safe side

You should be fine. My son’s father vaped my whole pregnancy. My son is 2 and healthy.
