how to cope while husband is away (needs support)

my husband had to go away Dec 6 and I feel like I'm falling apart. I don't let him know that I'm not taking it well when we FaceTime I'm smiles because I get to see his face and hear his voice but after we done talking my heart feels heavy and all I want to do is cry. But I'm praying he comes home next month. I know I can't do this again.
