My husband of 3 years doesn’t know if he loves me

The title basically says it all.

We’ve had our ups and downs. And lately a lot of downs (mainly stupid arguments that turn into big fights). When we are usually fine/back to normal, when i ask him “how much do u love me?” He always answered “a lot.”

This time, when I thought we were ok, asked him for fun, but this time his answer was “I’m not sure.”

Me: what?? Excuse me?

Him: I’m saying the truth

*heart shatters* 💔

Idk how to feel. I’m numb. But also crying. And confused. I feel stupid.

Oh and I may also be pregnant. And there I was mentally hoping I was so that I could surprise him. I’m so lost.

When he saw how upset I was and not going to sleep, he changed it to “I do love you, now sleep” how am I supposed to believe that now.
