Please help...

So this is uncomfortable to talk about but I really need some advice. At work I've been irritated as my vagina doesn't feel comfortable, my underwear fits properly and I always try go to the toilet to fix it. But the other night I discovered a lump on my vagina and it's very painful to touch. Has anybody experienced something similar or have an advice? Thanks
