Problems down south!!:( any suggestions?

So for the past year I’ve had some problems going on down there. I experience itching and thick whitish discharge & it hurts to have sex. I assumed it was a yeast infection every time so i use Monostat which seems to help for a few days but then the symptoms are back. The other day i was itching really bad so i decided to sit in front of my mirror and shine a flashlight down there and look! I noticed it was really red and right below my vagina i had like a little rash it seemed like. I can’t get into my gynecologist until next week:( does anyone have any suggestions on what the hell this could be??
