Was it helpful if you had an irregular cycle?
How fast did you get pregnant after using it?
My cycles are irregular after my miscarriage in September when they used to be like clock work. I’ve read that using Vitex can help you get pregnant quickly and regulate your cycles, help with PMS and even reduce your chance of miscarriage.
Almost sounds too good to be true so I’m just wondering what y’alls experience is?
