what's on your Christmas dinner menu?

I am putting together the menu. I am cooking a turkey (it's in the freezer, got it free after thanksgiving), cranberry dressing, giblet gravy, potato salad, collard greens, cornbread stuffing , and that's all I have so far. I might do a red velvet cake and homemade cinnamon buns for breakfast. what's on your menu? I want to add some new stuff this year. I normally also make baked mac & cheese and green bean casserolebut I need new exciting ideas. I get bored cooking the same things.
