Biracial hair help!

So my 2 year old daughter is mixed and I have having the hardest time getting her hair to keep moisture in it.

As soon as I put anything on it, it absorbs the product and sets back up.. especially the back of it!

We have used Cantu and Shea Moisture. Something I think called Curly kids and coconut oil and some sample packs we got that had olive oil in it!

I need help mommas!! What can I put in her hair to soften it up and ideally help it grow?? (Pictures included to show length and texture)
