Question bout my boobs ... (tmi)

So I'm only asking cause I honestly don't know and I want to know, but my boobs are hard and it's all the time !!! I have small boobs I wear a 32 A , but they are always hard and there like hard in certain arena around the center and along we're they connect to my chest and it kinda lumpy but only on the inside they look normal but if you feel them they all hard , idk why there like that but if y'all do please tell me why , thanks
