CM vs OPKs what’s more accurate?

Having egg white CM but my opks are all negative. What would you go by? We are doing it at least every other day I’m just curious what’s more accurate as far as ovulation.

I go by both, I have EWCM start about 3-4 days before a positive OPK. It helps me know I’m getting close to ovulation.

i have ewcm almost the entire month. thats just my normal i geuss. so i follow my opks.
