Plan b worries

So according to glow it was my highest day to get pregnant and me and this guy I haven’t seen in forever had sex and of course we were young and reckless no protection and he finished inside of me... next morning I threw up and was sick feeling I took plan b the second I got a chance which was approximately 14 hours after the oopsie (don’t judge my life is busy with work and school) when I took the pill it didn’t go down the first time I tried to swallow it then the second time I tried it was starting to dissolve in my mouth D: Think it will work? When is the earliest I can take a test and it be effective ?
