The struggles of TTC

TTC is hard enough any time of the year but definitely extra hard around the holidays. Thinking about how you could announce to your husband/ SO with a cute stocking or ornament... your parents and in laws asking when they’re going to get grandchildren and you just want to tell yell at them “ I don’t know!!!!!!”

My husband and I have been trying for 6 months... that’s 182 days of wondering if you’re going to get pregnant or are pregnant. (I know that’s not long compared to other people) But it is turning me into such a crazy person. Telling my husband don’t drink, eat better, no baths, and no self pleasure... I sound like a crazy person.

Struggling with trying to drink enough water so your CM is abundant and then struggling with diluted pee while you’re doing 2+ OPKs a day to see if you’re even ovulating yet. Symptom spotting on everything in your TWW... omg I have the hiccups is that a sign ? My nose is stuffy am I pregnant??

Taking your temp and worrying why it’s not rising or lowering properly.. or even ovulating late (my current situation)

Having your friends get pregnant who aren’t even trying... and you have to hold back the tears.... people who say oh I hope this ones a boy.. in my head I’m thinking you’re just lucky enough to BE PREGNANT.

Then the dreaded taking a pregnancy test and staring at it FOR 5 minutes waiting to see if maybe a second line will appear.... then throwing it away and checking it again in 20 minutes. Or when you finally get that second super faint line and everything is just taken away.... having a chemical pregnancy.

For all the women who got it on the first shot you’re so lucky and blessed. But the women who keep getting negative after negatives months after months or years after years, you are not alone. I will continue to keep trying, hoping and praying, I pray for every person out there trying to get those two pink lines. Don’t give up and remember you are not alone ❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
