could this be my BFP!?

Ok Kay .... I'm at work DYING right now. 😂 I'm 12 days po and 3 days late for af. I'm NEVER more than 1 day late. I had a bit of cramping on my left side I thought was period cramping a few days ago but nothing!!! We had sex a few days ago and the cramping was horrible we had to stop! But no signs of AF, no sore boobs, no nothing....Not even the discharge you usually get before af. I took a dollar store test yesterday it was negative 😩 Should I retest today? How long should I wait? This is right around the time we found out last year (1st week of January) but then we miscarried. This would be our angel baby!
