Producing milk at 11 weeks pregnant?

So I'm only 11 weeks pregnant and whenever I look at babies it think about babies my breasts leak, they'll leak no matter what when I'm in the shower, it's not a lot just enough to make a tiny spot on my top and more comes out of my right breast,

I heard it's normal for your breasts to start leaking at 16 weeks so could I be farther a long than i thought?

I've only had one ultrasound at 6 weeks and they gave me the due date of 7/11/18 but told me that it's not "set in stone" and they calculated it from my LMP.

Has anyone else had leaking this early in pregnancy?
