Stuck in the past..

My boyfriend and I have been together for four and a half years on an off and each time we are off we obviously saw other people... Well two guys from that texted me and I asked them to not text me again because it makes me and my boyfriend uncomfortable.. Well my boyfriend gets mad and so angry with me saying that I'm going to go talk to them and all kinds of stuff.. Saying I'm lying .. I tell him he is all i want that I don't and will not talk to those guys but he doesn't believe me... Idk what else to do or say for him to know he is the only guy other then my dad I talk to...
