Scared and having pain. 😭😭😭😭😭

Ladies I feel like a fool I wound up being sent to the hospital for possible preeclampsia on Monday told the hospital about my migraines, tenderness of my belly and cramping in my lower abdomen. Nothing was done no cervical check no ultrasound just put on a monitor that said yes I was having contractions and baby was kicking. Time skip to today I still am in pain the cramping is getting worse to were I couldn’t even move in bed. No bleeding no water breaking. Just a lot of pain and it increases when I try to move. What should I do.😭😭😭I am scared to be sent back home with out anything happening again.
