So does anyone else hate it when you LO poops while eating then falls asleep before you can change them??

I feel like my kid does it all the time. I hate to wake him up bc I only have so much time to shower and get ready for the day but I also hate having him sleep in his poop. Ugh the struggle is reaaalll!

I’d stop the feed, change them then pop them back on...

Mine does this all the time. Always during the day, so I just let her be. Sometimes she’ll wake up after a half hour, have some milk, poop and sleep for another half an hour. Once she’s up I’ll change her but I know her and her sleep habits so a half hour won’t hurt. Plus she’s swaddled so changing her would just make her wake up & make for a cranky baby.

I’d stop feeding.. change him then go back to feeding. I did that when my son was newborn bc he would fall asleep while eating so to wake him I’d change him.

it's not an issue for me and it's never been.  because I didn't feed our daughter to sleep. as a newborn she did fall asleep while feeding, but I woke her up,  changed her and she went back to sleep. once she hit 6 months,  we started a routine and she never eat before sleep.food, teeth brushed,  bath,  clean diaper,  THEN sleep. if she pooped, we changed her within minutes
