Braxton Hicks?

Anyone experiencing them yet? I just turned 29 weeks today, and I had a few rounds of intense gas pains last night that would come and go and then just stopped 🤷🏼‍♀️ except I wasn’t actually gassy and I never ended up going to the bathroom. 
Then I realized in some of the birth stories I read people think contractions are gas pains, so I’m wondering if that could have been what it was. 
What do your Braxton Hicks usually feel like?

My belly just gets super tight. Braxton Hicks shouldn’t really hurt, just a little uncomfortable and should not be regular.

I’m 29 weeks + 1 day and today at the grocery store I was experiencing intense pain in my lower abdomen and it would wear off after a minute or two and it can in intervals. It wasn’t gassy feeling for me, but i was convinced they were Braxton hicks contractions. It was so weird! I think they’re going through a growth spurt.
