HELP what could be wrong

So I posted a while ago about how I was having Pain and I guess it was a sciatica nerve but it soon went away. Anyway today my back has been hurting all day and my leg goes numb out of nowhere. Also out of nowhere my knee will get swollen and hurt to walk on. This has only happened twice but My leg has happened many times before but a weird thing that happened today was only my pinky toe went numb at one point. I don’t know what could be wrong my mother thinks it could be my nerves. I did fall out of a two story window {trying to look at a dog} when I was 3 or 4 and broke my C7 bone but it healed fine. So I don’t know what could be wrong.
