formula fed baby

my 1 month old is formula fed and rn hes on enfamil reguline because the normal snfamil was making him constipated so wic put him on that one and its been working fine but today hes had so much gas and wont stop farting and i know gas is normal but he hasnt been able to sleep or anything and i know somethings wrong and i just wanna know of a good formula that wont make him feel like this which one do yall recommend?
