What does this mean ?? Comment please!

Okay so I'm a senior in high school & so is the boy I talk to. Were both 18 btw ! We have been talking for 3 months & he wants to have sex. He hasn't asked if I'm a virgin he just automatically assumed that I wasn't & was telling me that we're gonna have sex & the things he wanted to don. I don't know if he doesn't care or that he just thinks that I'm not for some reason. so what does this mean ? 🤦🏾‍♀️🙄 And no I don't plan on having sex with him yet how do I tell him ?
