(PARAGUARD) pain during intercourse/ excessive discharge

I had my paraguard placed nov 16, 2016 and I have been with my husband for almost 10 years. I have ruled out STD/STI as every test comes back negative and all my ultrasounds say my IUD is in the right place . Over the last year I have an excessive amount of discharge to the point that it looks like I may have peed myself (sorry gross). Most of it’s clear with a slight or no odor or it’s a clearish yellow tent. I also have a great deal of pain on my right side during intercourse and spotting that follows after. Has anyone experienced this????? Help!
