I went to the dermatologist about a month ago because of my milia I felt like it was out of control and just spreading to all differ regions of my face it's the worst on my chin but also is on my forehead and cheeks. they prescribed a gel and it's gotten most of it to go to the surface the the are able to away but I'm left with irritated dry almost infected looking skin just so you know I wash my face every night (apply the gel) moisturize and lately been putting on triple antibiotic but my skin is still dry and flaky help!!!!!
