Cycle #2

We tried last month and af came before my tww was even up. I had all of my usual pms symptoms but I didn’t bleed as heavy as I normally do. I started tested 9dpo and got negatives up until af came. Now my body feels like i am ovulating and now isn’t a good time. It’s kinda early for me so I wasn’t prepared. But I’m having pinching pains on both sides. I normally get mild pinching pains on my left. These are more intense. I’m just so confused but I’m hoping I’m just getting ready to ovulate
