Help, please?

Symptoms so a little TMI..

- Clear discharge for a few days that then turned to white & clear discharge and now white discharge

- Sore nipples that become erect

- Lower pain

- Frequent urination

The discharge does not come with any itchiness or odor..

I’m supposed to start my period today.. but if I’ve conceived, I wouldn’t have white discharge, right? Or symptoms like this, this early, right?
