Question

I am only 3 dpo but have a doctor's appointment  (scheduled a while ago...for general checkup) at 11dpo...wondering if I take a test it would be positive so I can ask my doc for a blood test instead of making another appt?

Id take just a cheapie first the day of and see what the test looks like and if you see even the slightest line id ask for the blood test. The blood test should be able to pick up whatever number it is

I got a very faint positive at 9dpo.

Yes you can get a positive, but you also might be too early. Def worth a shot, you can use a cheapie from Walmart or dollar store if you want to save money
