Cramping

ladies I need some advice?! 1 week ago to the day me and my bf had sex he put his penis in and pulled back out then we continued to have sex with a condom. Starting yesterday I've been having light cramps like my period is going to start but I'm not due for my period for 1 more week. I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else and they were pregnant after all or is it normal to cramp 1 week before a period (I usually only cramp day 1-2 of my period). And my ovulation was last week (according to my app any way) if that makes a difference.Also if it's too early to test if I'm already cramping?? Just need some advice please and thanks
