Changing my background.

I noticed some people have different backgrounds when posting a screenshot of their baby’s progress home page. I was told that there is a setting for it but for the life of me CANNOT find it. Is this just a feature for prime accounts? If not, how the heck do I change it?? 🤣🤷🏽‍♀️🙈
