Advice please?

It seems like everyone around me is in a relationship, and I don't really want to be in a romantic relationship. I'd just like someone to be a cuddle buddy. I have a few close friends and a lot of friends that aren't that close. Sometimes I feel like I don't have very many people to hang out with too. I'm starting to feel lonely because of it. Any ideas on how I could find a platonic friend (that's no more than platonic)?
