Help. Could this be ?

I miscarried in sept 2016 & have been trying relentlessly ever since. I’m 1 Day late , with minimal cramping here and there , and (sorry if TMI ) but my boobs have been slightly sore only when touched. So far, no spotting or implantation bleeding whatsoever. The first time i was pregnant my boobs were so sore I couldn’t lay on my stomach. I know everyone experiences the first symptoms differently, but could this be it ???

A coworker, & my mother-in-law both had dreams of me being pregnant, but i don’t want to take a test. I’ve taken so many, & after countless letdowns I️ just don’t want to keep facing that. What do you guys think ???
