dull pain¦left side

Just got done with ovulation, main ovulation / peak day was December 22nd. Weve had unprotected sex since I got off my period (Dec 4th-8th). I've never had dull pain like this. I know the feeling of ovulation & this is so different. We have the mind set of, if baby happens then it does. I suffered from lupus (it's in remission) my husband doesn't want me to stress about TTCing, because stress is what triggers me. Has any one had dull pain like this on one side before finding out they were pregnant? I'm just curious.
