Everytime I blow my nose it’s just blood?

So can someone explain this phenomenon to me? Or is this abnormal and I need to head to a emergency room? 
It’s been happening for a bout a month every time I cough or blow my nose it’s blood.   29 weeks and a couple days. Thanks for advice

It happens to me too. It started now that I’m towards the very end.

My OB said it’s hormones and normal. Itsannoying but normal.

I have more nosebleeds now. You have more blood flow in your body, because I can see all the veins in my palms and on my arms and body.

A lot of your blood vessels get more delicate and closer to the surface, partly because there’s lots more blood in you now, so vessels that were already delicate, like in your nose, get very prone to breaking. Try to be gentle with blowing if you can but it’s quite normal, as long as it’s not gushing out.
