heart break

So i recently got broken up with (2 days before christmas) by my now ex of almost four years.

Our anniversary was right around corner and we had big plans for it all.

He recently left for mexico for two weeks, and everything was all fine

we constantly talked and one day things started to change

and i addressed it

he began to tell me he needs a break to “work on himself”

but i just don’t get it

i’m so confused, i don’t know what to do and my heart is hurting.

It’s insane how he just ended it, over text— while in another country.

I have no idea what to think or feel.

I’m literally numb to it.
