Plz Help me. Idk what to do...

So, this guy and I have been “talking” for almost a month now, and he’s really nice and everything. He talks to me about coming over and cuddling with me (I’m 14 and he’s 16) and a couple days ago he said “can u come over? I’m too I’m tired to jerk off” and all the same thoughts where going through my head, like... “omg no”, “do it urself😂” and I was freaked out by it. And I told him straight up “uh no” and he said “…” and we went on having a normal conversation after. Then tonight, we where taking for a long time and he said “I want to finger u, and give u hickeys” and the same thoughts came up, like... “woah, ur not touching me like that” and I said “oh really?” And tried to play it off cool and we went back like nothing ever happened.

Can someone plz give me advice? Idc if it’s hateful or helpful I just need help.
