FTM baby wants to eat all night

My newborn is EBF and keeping me up all night eating. We are watching her bilirubin levels because they have been mildly increased. I’ve been demand feeding her as part of her treatment. She wants to eat almost every hour and I’m not sure if this is out of hunger or for comfort. She will sleep fine during the day but at night she gets fussy and will only sleep after a feeding. Not sure I’m doing things right by feeding her so often. My boobs are so huge but I want to make sure she’s eating enough to get her bilirubin levels down. Any advice? I’m a FTM and I don’t have any family to help or give support.
