Do you agree with anti gun laws

I live in Australia where we do not have "the right to bear arms". In an 18 year period we had 13 mass shootings , ending with the Port Arthur massacre in 1996. This transformed gun control legislation in Australia. 35 people were killed and 23 wounded when the gunman opened fire on shop owners and tourists with two semi-automatic rifles. Since anti gun laws were brought in WE HAVE HAD 0 MASS SHOOTINGS. I understand that other countries wish to bear arms so that they can protect themselfs ... I just want to hear peoples point of view.
