5 weeks...da fuq is up with my face?!

So I live in the desert, and ever since I moved here, my face has been really dry. It's especially bad in the winter, but I've never seen it as bad as it is this morning. I've heard skin can get extremely sensitive when you're pregnant, so I'm wondering if my dry skin issue has just been exacerbated... Or does this look like an actual skin condition that I should be more concerned about? My first OB appointment isn't till the 10th. It's only on my face. It doesn't itch, it's just very irritated, red, blotchy, and dry. Any ideas what this might be?
