Morning sickness?

Have any of you had the nausea of morning sickness but didn't actually throw up when pregnant? The last few mornings I've been waking up, sitting over the toilet, TRYING to puke to relieve the discomfort. But I dont end up puking. Just uncomfortable.

Yup. My whole first pregnancy was like that. So much dry heaving. This time I’ve thrown up in my mouth a little bit but nothing extreme.

Orange is my best friend these days. I never used to eat right after I wake up but I am doing that now and it has helped so much.

First tri was all nausea where I wanted to puke but didn’t, second tri started puking but some days was still intense nausea and no puking

This was what my morning sickness was. It was all day everyday for 7 weeks, feeling like I was going to puke, right at the precipice where your mouth starts welling up and you know it’s coming, BUT IT NEVER DOES. I wanted to just puke and get it over with constantly, but I never did. I don’t know what’s worse. I would much rather have puked than felt that way constantly.
