Hard lump
Hi all, my son is 4 weeks old and ive been ebf him. For the past three days ive had an extremely hard lump in my right breast thats very painful. I think it might be crystallized milk. Any tips on how to get rid of it? I have tried hot shower and massaging. Thank you
