How do I increase my milk supply?
How many feedings?
how much liquid should I be drinking?
How long do I pump and how many times?
I am only getting 1 ounce from left boob and 1/2 and ounce from right boob. My baby is a month old and eats 2-4 oz each feeding so I’m having to supplement with formula.
