Sick & pregnant

I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant & sick with something horrible. Went to the doctor & they gave me (approved) antibiotics & cough medicine. Never told me exactly what it was though, all I know is they tested for strep throat & that came back negative. I’m feeling like absolute crap. Coughing, wheezing, sneezing, congested, body aches & the obvious pregnancy symptoms as well. With everything going on I can’t help but to think it’s effecting my baby too. Will being sick actually hurt my baby?
