Breastmilk supply
Over this past weekend my husband, my one month old son, and myself were in a car accident. A man rear ended us going about 40 mph while we were stopped at a stop light. He fled the scene, and while we’re all okay, my milk supply has decreased significantly. Could this be due to stress? I’ve tried taking fenugreek to increase supply but nothing is working and I’m afraid I️ won’t produce enough to feed him.
